We have been running free educational workshops around health and nutrition in schools for a while now and have teamed up with Healthy You and Cambridge County Council to expand our reach.  Our workshops can be conducted in person or over Zoom and come with free follow up resources for both students and parents as well as access to our expert team for any future questions they may have. I was hesitant about reaching out to Joe after I saw a facebook advert, but it has been the best decision ever. I joined Mittfit for the 6 weeks challenge and I am still there. Every session is different and fun, I finally found something I really enjoy (I find gyms really boring)!! Mittfit is an amazing, motivational place and Joe gives us so much support and advice (and he always has a smile on his face).
The sessions are challenging, good fun and varied. Joe is a superb trainer, he is always on hand to answer any questions and provide support. The support includes detailed advice on the food you are eating with a catalogue of Mittfit recipes to keep you on track.
