Mina Steakhouse first opened its doors in January 2020 in the thriving city of Cambridge. Its Cambridge’s first fully halal steakhouse too with an exceptional floral wall. Not only does the restaurant sell a vast variety of steaks and burgers, it also has a wide variety of seafood and vegetarian options. The restaurant also offers a shisha area on the outside terrace. Located in the city of Cambridge, off Hills Road and by the train station in a very busy & popular area. The restaurant has built up a very enviable reputation already due to the excellent food and very friendly customer service. Steak was juicy and tasted the way a great steak should taste. They even threw in complimentary special sauce and the onion rings comes free with the steak, which I haven’t seen anywhere that I’ve been to yet. The chops was nice and unique and looked good too. Mina steakhouse was a lovely around experience. From the decor within the establishment to the customer service we received and the food itself. Mina Steakhouse was much more than we all expected. Food was amazing! The best steaks we have ever had in Cambridge. The staff were absolutely fantastic. We all had such a laugh. Zerda made our night perfect. Great service, great food and great banter with Zerda and the rest of the staff! 10 out of 10 all round.

We are a family owned business and proud to be independent. Ling Ling and Franck Parnin first opened Le Gros Franck back in 1999 a French Cafe based on Hills Road in Cambridge. Franck Parnin strated training as a chef at the age of 15 in Alsace, France. He trained at the Lycée Hotelier Guebwiller One of the cafe’s best sellers was ‘Le Steak Frites’ served with homemade Bernaise Sauce. This dish famously started the next venture La Maison du Steak. Based at the heart of Cambridge, we opened in 2013 and serve Authentic and Traditional dishes specialising in different cuts of steak from Sirloin to Cote de Boeuf at a very reasonable price.

Home from home, step into this charming independent restaurant with plenty of French influence whilst supporting other local suppliers. Portion sizes never disappoint and you can be sure you’ll get your money’s worth. You can tell quality is a priority. A refreshing change away from the tourist spots. Lovely staff too. We also had desserts (somehow managed to fit them in), and the apple tart is probably the best choice for something sweet and slightly sour. Best steak ever had! coming back to this place in 2 weeks time! staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Music and videos were spot on although a few repeats – could do with more variety. Good choice in music nonetheless. Now the food….it’s the reason we came here and boy did it deliver, the food was so good we didn’t have room for a dessert. Really great atmosphere, staff very attentive.
