These guys were able to send a friendly plumber on a Saturday afternoon. Ishwan (forgive the spelling) replaced 2 leaking isolation valves and sorted a dripping tap. About £100 all told, pretty good for emergency service.

Fabio Abeledo came to repair a leaking radiator pipe, definitely recommend this company on his work. Very professional and good finish. He explained exactly what was wrong and what he repaired. Would use again.

Called HomeEmergencyInsurance who farmed out to 2nd company who then engaged local plumber FixIF. Amazingly he arrived about 30 mins after the call from the 2nd company, excellent start. He then identified the leak and fixed with new shower pump last sunday. Quality plumber.

I asked Dean to check all the plumbing in my Victorian house. He thoroughly examined the whole system and made very sensible and cost-effective suggestions for dealing with the problems, which I am about to commission. I’d called on Dean because of previous exemplary service from the Presland team when they solved a heating problem in my (modern) apartment which had defeated various engineers over a period of 5 years.
Was amazed that I got a plumber sent to me the same day and exactly on time who identified the problem and ordered parts to come back after the weekend to fix. Again, arrived on time and fixed the problem and the cost was as expected. Super impressed with everything from start to finish. Will definitely use again and highly recommend upon my own experience of using their service.
My electric shower broke, and they were able to come the same day to replace with a better model. The plumber who came out was quick and professional, and showed me how it all worked before leaving. Would definitely recommend.
