Had their veggie / vegan pizzas and did not disappoint! They were super kind to offer us alternative topping suggestions for dietary reasons too. Top class, look forward to another one.
The sour dough pizza, made with top quality ingredients from Italy, baked in the wood fire oven….SIMPLY DELICIOUS, one of the best pizzas we ever had! ( bear in mind, we did have many in Italy !!) people of Cambridge, you are very lucky!! I am sure this recently opened little pizza place will be a big hit soon .Well done guys, working very hard to bring this quality food is not everybody`s job, you are on the top of the league.

This is by far the best pizza i have tasted in Cambridge. An impressive quality. Worth chasing down the location of the van.

Best place to eat in Cambridge. Great food and drinks. Pizzas were amazing and the staff is very helpful with everything you need. 110% recommended.

Finally a great Italian restaurant in Cambridge. The food is not just Italian, is top quality Italian! We had a takeaway pizza before but it arrived cold so I wasn’t impressed by it, yesterday we actually went to the restaurant, my husband had pizza and I had caponata and risotto alla Pescatora. The pizza is easily the BEST in Cambridge

Fabulous food and good atmosphere for enjoi a dinner with a friends, very friendly staff especially Candida, Gaetano and Sophia, kepp going like this .

What We Offer:

We have two beautiful portable brick ovens which can we be heated to temperatures up to 700 degrees. The Pizza’s then takes its heat from the stones rather than flames and cooks in around 2 minutes. We only burn recycled hard wood from local saw mills. We use only the finest ingredients including homemade dough, Imported Italian tomatoes, virgin olive oil and artisan cured meats & cheeses to create delicious, rustic-style wood fired pizzas. Some of the best things in life are the simple things and we like to keep it that way. Add all these simple elements together, with a great team of people and you end up with wonderful tasting wood fired Pizzas and great party.

SPECIALITY:

Extra Virgin Olive oil – The liquid gold that holds all Italian cooking together; Dough – Homemade with Petra flour, from a true to it’s origins recipe. Proofed for a minimum of 24 hours achieving a light and crunchy finish with excellent flavour;

We had our first Fired Up pizza experience last night courtesy of our lovely daughters. Absolutely amazing! The instructions were really clear, the ingredients were excellent quality and we’ll definitely be doing it again and recommending it to our friends. Thank you SO much 😊
This pizza is delicious, the best we have had since we moved here, with tasty choices for toppings. My kids love it (and they can be a bit picky). The owners are very friendly too. We’ll be ordering more.
I saw these guys at the mill road winter fair and couldn’t resist ordering a pizza! They all looked delicious, catering for both veggies and carnivores. The pizzas were all cooked in a huge stone oven and came out absolutely perfectly! The owners were lovely and the staff were very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.
