My wife and I have just changed over to this chemist and have to say compared to our previous chemist they are great friendly and they let you know when your prescription is ready to collect not like previous when it takes ages and are rude so hopefully this level of service will continue.
I have recently changed over to this pharmacy and I am delighted. Very efficient service and polite helpful staff.
Really helpful when we had an issue with a prescription. So grateful for the assistance.

I needed a travel vaccine urgently due to flights unavailability. I contacted Waterbeach pharmacy in the early hours of the weekend and was very well attended to. The person I spoke to was super friendly and ready to help. I received the vaccine promptly and my whole experience was absolutely brilliant! 100% recommended
All the staff are friendly here and Geeta the pharmacist is excellent. She is always ready to help and provide recommendations in an understanding way. Thank you.
Needs to be better staffed but the staff and the regular pharmacist try their best. They are friendly and happy, always offering advice if they can or directing me in the correction direction if they can’t! Highly recommend.
