I had a lot of pain with a damaged tendon in the shoulder and was advised to try massage to ease it. I saw Shelly at Vinery Road Studios, who impressed me with her professional approach and skilfully targeted massage – so different from a generalised spa experience (which is also lovely in its way but nowhere near as focused). She immediately puts you at your ease and inspires confidence.
Shelly is currently treating me with remedial massage for lower spine pain. Her professionalism, skill and kindness are exemplary. She has made a huge difference to my well-being.
Always a pleasure to visit the Vinery Road studios. It is really well set up with great treatment rooms. Shelly has been treating me for joint pain with remedial massages and has been highly effective.
