I recently had Cambs Lock & Safe Ltd replace the spring in a Victorian door lock. This was done very quickly and at a very fair price. Being inquisitive I then tried opening the lock to see how the repair had been undertaken, when (of course) the whole lock exploded in my face!! Rather shame-facedly I returned the next day to ask if the young man could rebuild the lock mechanism for me again.
I was locked out of my house and the locksmith arrived exactly when he said he would, speedy solution, no damage done whatsoever, very helpful indeed, polite and friendly – very pleased and would thoroughly recommend.
These guys are great. Top service. Got locked out our safe at work and they offered great advice over the phone to help us gain access again within the hour. Trustworthy gents, thank you Cambs lock and safe

Our upvc door used to take so much effort to close most of our visitors couldn’t manage it, and locking was so difficult we broke a key! Cerberus security responded quickly to my message, visited within a couple of days and fixed it there and then. Now it’s incredibly easy, like a new door, we are so pleased! Ed is a lovely guy too. I have had some issues with a double glazed window and patio door in a second floor flat. I’ve been putting off fixing them as the issues were infrequent and not _that_ bothersome. I was recommended Halls, and Ian came out to do an initial survey before they suggested any works or quoted. Ian was an absolute legend. Spotted the two issues and told me how I should fix them. I hope something breaks properly just so that I have an opportunity to use these folks again and send some money their way.
Staff are friendly and helpful, and services are reasonably priced. The only place I could find in Cambridgeshire that could guarantee being able to cut a car key for me. Definitely recommend, and would happily use again.
Very quick response and speedy repair after getting front door key stuck in Yale lock. First class service and a cheerful, friendly locksmith (Daniel). Thanks so much.
