CB1 came highly recommended by a neighbour. They have done a few electrical jobs for us and recently uplifted our old deck and installed new composite decking, which looks fantastic. Alistaire’s communication is really good and they are a great team, but special thanks to Billy and MJ for turning up in all weathers to get the deck completed.
CB1 converted our dingy shell of an outbuilding with no plumbing or electrical connections into a fantastic new utility room, and did an outstanding job.

Wallace have been extremely accommodating to our needs and helped transformed our properties (a Victoria terrance and a 1920’s semi) to become spacious and modernised homes, finished on time to a high standard and within our budget.
We had our loft converted by Nick and his sons at the end of 2011/early 2012 and have been very impressed by the quality of their work, the lack of drama and fuss in completing the work and their genuine willingness to ‘do right by the customer
They are very professional, work to pre-agreed schedule and stick to original finance and provide high quality results. They are also very responsive to most last moment changes and corrections and happy to come back to iron out certain things if necessary. Overall highly recommended.

On approval of the design, The Daniels Group managed the building regulations process, including consulting with the neighbouring doctors surgery. He established and coordinated a construction team that was second to none to undertake the project.
