We used Ben’s Gutters again this year as they were excellent last year. We were not disappointed. Booking could not have been easier and we were told the two hour time slot the day prior to the visit. Daniel, the operative arrived to time and did an excellent job of cleaning the gutters and fitting the anti bird spikes.

We had a blocked drain, we called, explained the situation over the phone and Wayne came quickly right after the work he was doing. He came to assess the situation on site, he told us how much it would cost and as he wasn’t sure if he would be able to unblock the drain (it wasn’t an easy job) he offered to try and only charge us if the problem was solved. Fab service, very friendly and thorough. Happy to recommend him.

Jon and his roofers were phenomenal. Arrived on time, where polite and often explained what needed to be done to our flat roof in simple terms, offered a more than reasonable quote for the job and ensured it was completed to the highest quality and on time.
We recently required some roof repair work at our business in St Ives Cambridgeshire. There was a small leak in the roof and Jon came out straight away. We were expecting the worst but actually the job was fairly minor. Tradesmen you can trust to give you the right advice and guidance are wroth their weight in gold. To begin, a year ago, we had a very good experience with Alpha for a new roof installation, following a leak in our roof.
