I have used Farthings to repair several trousers and have been very happy with the level of service. I particularly like the fact they are local and have a flexible approach. Sometimes a little on the expensive side for me, given the trousers, but on the whole are competitive. That would perhaps be more a comment on my want to repair old trousers rather then buy new uncomfortable ones.

Asked for my garment to be returned on the same day and this was promptly agreed. Was offered a phone call when my item would be ready for collection. I brought my wedding dress for alterations. I needed to have it shortened in the front area so I won’t step on it. I was assisted on the phone by Mike and Fatoush did my measurements in the shop. They were all lovely and they did a brilliant job. The outcome is just as I wanted! They also kindly pressed the creases for me. I am very happy my wedding dress is sorted! Thanks to all of you. 🙂
