What We Offer:

As a centre of excellence for Performing Arts, Bodywork Company Theatre School help children to achieve their true potential in a nurturing and friendly environment. Our classes are for all genders, aged three upwards, with a set limit to class sizes to ensure teaching standards are maintained. We offer classes for children of all ages and abilities. We ensure that our pupils get a solid grounding in all areas of dance and theatre. As training progresses through the different age groups, those who show promise will be offered the chance to deepen their understanding and further their training with our ‘Pre-Vocational’ program ranging from Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced Level.

I’ve been coming to the adult classes here for years, Bodyworks is my second home ❤️ I love all the classes (Pilates, ballet, jazz and contemporary) but especially jazz on Thursday evenings with Beth! The only issue is that some classes (like jazz) don’t show up on the website – so you need to go into the app to find them and book on 
Highly recommend Anne’s adult beginner classes: friendly, welcoming, supportive and challenging! Be aware that there are a range of abilities in the room — as a total beginner I was self conscious, but as always, have become totally absorbed by the magic of dance.
I used to LOVE going to my Jazz & Ballet classes after work, and enjoyed the shows they organised every year. Fond memories from back in the day, and can’t wait to take my 9 year old daughter so that she can follow her dream of becoming a dancer. The teachers are awesome, the studios amazing, the atmosphere is electric and I miss the classes I used to take.

What We Offer:

Colours of Dance was established in Cambridge in 2010 by Imogen Knight, who initially offered ballet, tap and modern classes in Fulbourn and Great Wilbraham.  Miss Imogen went on to settle the school into a ‘home’ of Cambridge Dance  Studios in 2012. We are very proud of our growing school, of the joy in the room at show time, of the results our students achieve in exams, and of our growing band of talented alumni who have gone onto vocational training at some of the foremost dance schools in the country. We have proper dance floors and full-length mirrors, and provide a professional-standard dance environment for all our students – every week.

Wonderful dance school with experienced, professional teachers who are fantastic with the students of all ages.
While the schools virtual lessons last term were very well put together and considered, high quality and plentiful in material, the school is planning on getting students back into the studio, which my kids are really looking forward to.

I highly recommend this dance school. I have experienced 3 dance schools in 5 years in Cambridge and Colours of Dance is my favourite. It is a remarkable place where I feel my children are well supported. They enjoy a wide range of dance styles. Ballet, street, tap, modern and ballroom for our family but I know there are more styles. All the teachers I have got to know are amazing and highly thought of by their students.

Stardust Dance Academy

What We Offer:

Stardust Dance Academy was founded in 2010 with one weekly Saturday morning class, now we have over 40 weekly dance classes for children & adults in many venues around the Cambridge area supporting over 300 pupils. We offer a wide variety of classes following the ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing) syllabus, the Acrobatic Arts syllabus, the Fairytale Ballet syllabus created by our very own Miss Hannah and additional non-syllabus classes. We do our best to build a sense of community within our dance school by offering lots of opportunities for our students to perform at community events such as summer fetes, Christmas lights switch ons and social events such as Christmas parties, shows and movie nights for our students.
