Picked our laptop up one evening and dropped it off the next day very easily and comfortably. Zero complaints or issues and friendly
I moved to Cambridge from the US four days ago, and I needed to bring my desktop computer with me to complete pre-employment requirements and such things. On my first day, there was an issue with the different voltage output in the UK vs the US, and my PSU was completely burnt out. I found this repair service online and reached out to see if I could be assisted in having my PC repaired, and was met with professionalism and competency of the very highest degree.
I had my Old slow 2011 imac with a old OS version upgraded to High sierra and the a new SSD hard disk. As advised by the BabylonIt, I can clearly see my old iMAC is faster now.

Richard really helped me out today. Last night I botched a CPU replacement on my PC and didn’t know which parts I’d damaged in the process. He took a call from me after 9pm and asked me to bring the PC round in the morning for him to look at. He was able to work out what was broken and what was still good by lunchtime, and then was then happy to either sell me some replacement parts to get it running again asap or just charge me service for the info. 5/5, would run to for help again.
I highly recommend Richard for laptop repairs. The communication was easy, the price very reasonable and laptop works like a new one. I’m very happy I found this place and would recommend it to anyone.
Richard was able to sort my software issue remotely, he was honest and quick to respond. Great service!.
