Amazing. My. Son and his friends go here to learn boxing. I went for my first lesson, post chemo, post radiation, bones aching, I needed to feel. Stronger. And I came out feeling invincible. Will is a really patient but firm instructor.
Good place to learn boxing, experienced trainers and pub underneath the gym. Overall, is a good place to visit for a drink in the pub or to learn boxing.

I have been training to a high standard since my early school days whether it was long distance running, boxing or circuits and have had the good fortune to have been to some of the best fitness centres in this country and as far as Australia and America. 2018 saw me co host my first obstacle race called 1 True Grit with over 1000 participants and also start up a fitness, yoga and surf retreat in Morocco. Rubin is a truly inspirational PT. I have been training with Rubin for almost 7 years. Every session is completely different to the last (unless you are on a weight lifting programme) He has helped me gain strength, confidence and motivation!!
I have trained with Rubin for several years. I suffered a slipped disk 4 years ago and Rubin helped me get back into lifting by engaging with my chiropractor . During lockdown Rubin ran three online Bootcamp sessions a week plus PT sessions. I would recommend Rubin to anyone . Sessions are hard and what I admire is that you will complete your session in full even if your hour is up – not all PT’s do that !! .
I’m a guy in his late 50’s, looking to stay in shape, feel strong and healthy, and work out with a challenging trainer who’s not endlessly pestering me with fads, gimmicks and catchphrases.

Absolutely loving every single session! Bruno is not only an excellent coach with a wealth of experience but also a very positive and inspiring individual which makes training so much fun. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, progress and fun are guaranteed.
I’ve been attending Bruno’s classes and really enjoy his approach and the sessions. A very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere made by him and the other people that attend, he makes you feel comfortable and explains things in a supportive, clear way that enables you to progress. PAYG option allows you to be a bit more flexible if you’re pushed for time, but recommend going on the regular to improve and enjoy.
Kickboxing Cambridge is 5 star. Bruno is an excellent coach with so much knowledge to pass on, which he does in a simple and effective way. The community of people he has brought together is supportive, train hard together and love every session.
