Irina is registered with The British Acupuncture Council. She has been successfully practising acupuncture for nearly 20 years. Acupuncture is only safe if administered by fully qualified practitioners. World Health Organization recommends a minimum of 2,500 hours of formal training to qualify as an acupuncturist. I am going through the herbal medicine based treatment for my chronic sinusitis condition and it has helped me clear away my phlegm and blocked nose completely. Strangely I am not having severe hay fever symptoms as well this year so far, while I had severe symptoms previous years. I also had parallel acupuncture sessions while on herbals, so not sure which one helped me to be honest. Thanks a lot Jane.
